All Kansas residents-individuals who've been in the state for more than 60 days-aged 16 through 74 must have a hunting license, and all nonresident, regardless of age must also have a valid hunting license. If you're under 27 years-old, you must also carry your hunter education card with you at all times when hunting. Only hunt during the times of day and seasons prescribed for the game your hunting, and use only the arms for which you're licensed or that are allowed during season. Regulations are updated regularly, so be sure to familiarize yourself with any changes before you head out into the field.
