The Westvale Park in Westwood is a brand new park on expansive grounds the whole family will enjoy! There are baseball, soccer, and football fields plus a versatile playground. Their are miles of walking paths perfect for strollers, trikes and bikes! The best thing about this park is that is connects through a walking path to the very ncie Pascack Brook Park so you can continue the fun! Bring the dog! Their is even a dog park seperated for large and small dogs. Everything is brand new and well lit and clean. Nicely mulched and landscaped surroundings make this a 5 star park!

Recommended Ages: 5-12 years old but my 3 year old did fine and one of them had an easy walking ramp

Slides:  Tall Slide, 2 mini slides, and a Fun bumpy Tri-slide

Climbing: Unique colorful climbing structure, plus a circular money bars

Swings: 4 Baby swings, 2 big swings and a handicap swing

Park Amenities:  have bathroom, benches, picnic tables, ballfield and drinking fountain

Food & Beverage:  Water fountain - looks like consession stand may be open during specific times

Water:  Their is a fountain in a scenic pond at Pascack Brook Park which is connected through a walking path

Trails/Walking Paths:  Lots of paved walking paths - trail to Pascack Brook Park

Other Cool Stuff: Rubber flooring by the equipment we liked no wood chips into sandals their is a dog park even which the kids enjoyed. Picnic tables under a pavillion. Beautiful paved paths for long bike rides and great stroller exercising

Make a Day of It: Go for pancakes at the Westwood Diner or for Burgers at Iron Horse a visit to Conrad's Old Fashioned Candy and Ice Cream Parlor would definitely complete the day!
