Union Pacific State Recreation Area

Union Pacific State Recreation Area comprises 26 acres of land and a 12-acre lake. The area offers boating, picnicking, fishing and camping.

Attractions

Fishing
Anglers will find bluegill, channel catfish, redear sunfish, walleye, yellow perch and smallmouth bass, among other species.

Boating
Electric-motor and non-powered boating is permitted at Union Pacific State Recreation Area. There is a gravel boat ramp for access but no dock. Boats are restricted to 5 MPH (no wake).

Picnicking
Union Pacific offers eight picnic tables, three grills and three shelters.

Camping

Non-pad camping
Union Pacific offers 5 non-pad sites without electricity. The area has modern restrooms.
