About Us:

Twin Ponds ice skating complexes are dual facilities dedicated to family entertainment and community involvement.  It all started as a dream for rink owner and operator, Reed Patton.  As a child, he and his brothers played ice hockey on the old farmer’s ponds located exactly where the first complex was built.  Today, that boyhood dream has become a reality.

The first facility, which is known as Twin Ponds East, was conceptualized in the spring of 1993 and opened its doors in October of the same year.  A second rink was added to the facility in 1994.  Twin Ponds East has a total of 77,000 square feet which includes two 200′ x 85′ NHL standard size rinks and one 45′ x 85′ rink named the “puddle”.  This facility includes 9 locker rooms, 4 party rooms, Twin Ponds Cafe and a full-service pro-shoppe.

The second facility, Twin Ponds West, was added in 1996 to accommodate the increasing popularity of ice hockey and figure skating.  It has a total of 88,000 square feet which also includes one NHL standard size rink.  In addition to the rink, there are 6 locker rooms, 4 party rooms and Twin Ponds Cafe.

In May of 2003, Twin Ponds converted approximately 40,000 square feet of Twin Ponds West to accommodate the large soccer and growing lacrosse, field hockey and baseball markets.  Three surfaces with state-of-the-art rubber-infill turf provide a superior environment for training or league play. Twin Ponds West is the area’s premiere indoor sports facility.  Whether it’s figure skating, ice hockey, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse or baseball, you will find professional instruction and competitive league play.
