Sangchris Lake State Park

Sangchris Lake is an angler's paradise, with bass, bluegill, crappie, and catfish, with easy boat access from the east and western shores, as well as the Strawkas Point launch just off Ill. Rt. 104.

Hunters enjoy waterfowl, dove, deer, squirrel and upland seasons at Sangchris Lake. Wildflowers and songbirds abound along scenic nature trails.  For equestrians, there is a 5-mile horse trail.
