Riverview Marina State Recreation Area


Riverview Marina State Recreation Area is a 47-acre site adjacent to the Missouri River that offers electrical and primitive campsites with a shower house. The area offers camping, fishing and picnicking.

Attractions

Fishing
This state recreation area offers access to the Missouri River. Anglers will find blue catfish, buffalo, common carp, channel catfish, flathead catfish, freshwater drum, goldeye and shovelnose sturgeon in this stretch of the river.

Boating
Riverview Marina is popular in large part because it offers boaters access to the Missouri River. All types of boats are welcome. There are two ramps and one dock. Those interested in boating or fishing on the river are encouraged to view the interactive Missouri River Outdoor Recreation Access Guide, which shows public access sites for fishing, hunting, boating, camping and more on the Missouri River. It also serves as a navigation guide.

Picnicking
Riverview is a popular day-use spot that offers 50 picnic tables, 15 grills and one picnic shelter.

Camping

RV and tent camping
Campers at Riverview Marina State Recreation Area have a choice of pad sites with electricity or more primitive non-pad sites. The area offers 24 camping pads with 20- and 30-amp electrical hookups, as well as 50 non-pad sites without electricity. The area has modern restroom facilities with showers.
