Pilot Mound State Forest


Pilot Mound State Forest contains a mound that was used by the city of Pilot Mound as a natural water tower. The top of this mound is the county's second highest spot. Currently, the land is mainly used for studying and researching forest growth. Visitors to the mound can enjoy activities like picnicking, hiking and hunting.
