History:
The Orleans Farmers' Market started in 1994 with a handful of vendors in the parking lot of the Orleans Bowling Alley. The second season found the market at the Cape Cod Five Operations Center on West Road. The market grew to about 15 vendors and stayed at C.C.5 until 2000. In 2001 the market moved to Old Colony Way. In 2003 the market was incorporated as a 501(c)4. The market now has more than 30 vendors and operates from May to November. In 2012 a Wednesday afternoon market was added.
