North Lowndes Park Skatepark

Sonny Rogers Memorial drive

North Lowndes Park boasts a wide variety of recreation opportunities with a multipurpose field, playground, shelter and a skate park! The large concrete skate park is a lit bowl structure with grind rails and ramps. A large restroom building sits near the skate park and is also close to the brand new, brightly colored playground that features plenty of slides and swings! The multipurpose field is large enough to play both baseball and football and features a backstop and dugouts. A boardwalk winds around the field, making a natural loop where walkers can spot deer, raccoons, and other wildlife. There’s also a small pond, large amounts of open green space for general recreation, and picnic tables. The fields and skate park can be reserved for practices, games, birthday parties, or other special events.
