About Us:
Our pumpkin farm originated in Brookfield, Wisconsin by Jim's grandfather, William Klug. Jim's father and mother, Willis and Gladys Klug continued the business. With the family working together, the business continued to grow beginning a family tradition. In 1969, our family moved to a farm in Germantown. After the sudden death of Willis Klug, our family business had a short absense. Jim was still dreamimg of his childhood experiences, pumpkin pies, and jack-o-lanterns.
In 1988, Jim opened Jim's Pumpkin Farm in Germantown starting the third generation in the pumpkin business. Business also returned to Brookfield where Jim's sister, Susan Pankiewicz and her family resided at the families' original location until it was sold in 2003. Our business continues to thrive and grow along with help from the fourth generation. We also have helpful little hands from our fifth generation! Our pumpkin farm prides itself on personal service. Jim is still dreaming of pumpkins and new ideas for our business!
