Bohn Park

219 2nd Avenue

Just south of the confluence of the North and South St. Vrain Creeks this beautiful 40 acre park was recognized by the Colorado Lottery for creative use of funds. Currently Bohn Park offers users a multitude of recreational opportunities including multi-use trails, baseball/softball fields, basketball court, multi-use soccer field, playground, Lyons Dirt Jump Skills Park for bikes, community garden, shelter facility/picnic areas, and Bohn Bark Off-Leash Dog Area-a pet designated area for dogs to run off leash. In addition, there is adequate river access that allows for great fishing along the river heading eastbound. Recent river improvement have made Bohn Park another great place to float on a tube, kayak through from Meadow to the Black Bear and October Holes, or just take a dip. Bohn Park provides a perfect backdrop for a day of fun.
