Appleton Farms is 1000-acre property, managed by The Trustees of Reservations, a Massachusetts nonprofit land conservation organization. Besides vegetable fields for CSA, the farm also includes hayfields, woods, wetlands, livestock, and a grass-based dairy herd. The farm is convenient to several towns, to beautiful beaches, and to the Boston commuter rail.

Apprentices sought for a 500 share CSA operation on Massachusetts��? north shore. Responsibilities of the apprentice include general farm work such as planting, seeding, weeding, hoeing, harvesting and processing; tractor work including cultivation and equipment maintenance; CSA distribution; harvest management and record keeping; and farm projects.
