The A. B. Phillips & Sons Fruit Farm has been in the family for over 140 years. Alva Bradley Phillips formerly managed the farm with his sons Miles and William. It is now managed by Williams son Brad, with Brad's Mom ,Margaret serving as sales manager. Small fruit such as raspberries, grapes, were raised in the early years, along with pears. Apples and peaches were first planted in the early 1900's by Alva Bradley. Cherries and plums soon following. Recent planting of apples have been on dwarfing rootstock, producing small, easily managed trees. Red raspberries and grapes were restarted by Brad in the early 1980's.
Fruit sales start with sweet cherries in late June, and continue well past January with apples kept in cold storage. Pick your own is available for cherries, raspberries, peaches and apples. Come and visit us during our fruitful seasons and enjoy quality fruit!
